Payment
I prefer payments by Paypal. Please make sure that your Paypal address is correct.

Postage
Orders will be posted once payment is cleared and sent 1st Class within three working days. A certificate of posting will be obtained.

International Orders
I am very happy to accept international orders. Please contact me first for postage costs. Paypal is the only payment method accepted for overseas sales.


Returns
Items returned within one week of receipt will be refunded less postage. Please contact me first at mail@fluidglassartbeads.com

Accuracy
Every effort is made to ensure that colours are accurately represented, please be aware that variations do occur between monitors.

Caution
Please do not let children play with beads. They are glass and are not toys, and therefore will not bounce if dropped. They may also be a choking hazard.
